Privacy

dealbender is in an early pilot. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email hello@dealbender.com.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your email, first name if you give it, what you're interested in, anything you write in the optional note, and how you found us.
• If you join the pilot: the order emails and receipts you choose to forward, photos you send of labels or receipts, and the details needed to act on something you approve, like an order number or a preferred repair time.
• Basic site data: standard technical information your browser sends, such as page requests and device type.

We don't ask for and don't store passwords or full payment card numbers.

How we use it

• To find price drops, deadlines and warranty coverage in what you've bought, and tell you about them.
• To carry out actions you approve, such as a price adjustment request or a warranty claim.
• To contact you about the pilot and improve the product.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the product for us, such as database hosting, email delivery, and AI models that read receipts and draft requests. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Companies you ask us to contact, such as a store or a manufacturer, and only the details needed for that request.
• AI assistants you connect, such as Muse, when you ask dealbender to work inside them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Forwarded emails and photos from the pilot are deleted when the pilot ends, or sooner if you ask. Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@dealbender.com. If you live in California or another place with privacy rights laws, you have those rights too, and we'll honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell pilot participants by email.
