Pricing
35% of the first year's proven saving. Nothing else.
Published here, on your report, and in the authorization you sign, in the same words. The report is free. You pay only out of money that has already shown up on your statement.
The price
5 lines. No fine print below them.
- Free Bill X-Ray
- Any business bill, any time. Card statements get the full report in about a minute. Other bills are read on the spot and a person finishes the report within 1 business day. If we find nothing worth fighting for, you owe $0 and we tell you so.
- 35% of the first year's proven saving
- We negotiate, your next statement shows the lower number, and we bill 35% of the first 12 months of that saving in 3 parts. Each part is charged only after a statement proves the saving is still there. Nothing is ever billed on a vendor's promise.
- 25% on your 2nd bill and after
- Once you're a Guard member, every additional bill we win is 25%, not 35%. Hand us the trash or uniform bill after the first win and that's the rate.
- 90-Day Holds Guarantee
- The last part isn't due until the saving has held for 90 days. If your vendor claws it back inside 90 days, that case's fees are refunded and we go back in free.
- Guard
- Included free for your first 12 months. We re-read every bill you send, flag creep the month it appears, and work every renewal 120 days ahead so you're never auto-renewed again. After 12 months, $79 a month per location, cancel any time.
The savings definition
We only count the part of your bill that can move.
- What counts as a saving
- The difference between what your vendor charged you and what they charge after we negotiate, on the same volume and the same service. For a card statement: the same card sales and the same reader. For trash: the same container and pickup schedule, unless you asked us to right-size it.
- What we count
- Only the part of your bill that can move: the vendor's markup, added fees, and contract terms. On a card statement that is the processor's markup and fees above the card-network cost.
- What we never count
- The fixed part: card-network fees, taxes, tip fees, regulated charges. Savings from using less. A lower headline rate that costs more in total once the fine print is added back.
- How it's proven
- On your statement, to the cent. Fee math is shown on the proof screen. If the saving is smaller than negotiated, the fee is recomputed on the real number. If it isn't on your next statement, it isn't a saving and you don't owe anything.
The rules
Written down so you can hold us to them.
- No vendor kickbacks
- We are paid by you, as a share of savings you can see on your statement, and by nothing else on any bill we negotiate. No referral fees, rebates or commissions from processors, haulers, uniform companies or carriers. If we ever introduce a licensed partner, the partner pays us a referral fee and we tell you in writing before you talk to them.
- Nothing sent unapproved
- One authorization covers one vendor and one negotiation. You see the exact message first. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
- A person on every report
- AI reads. A person checks. You approve. The person who confirmed your numbers is named on the report.
- Compared to a cost consultant
- Firms that do this for large companies typically keep about half of your savings for 1 to 5 years, don't publish their rate, and set minimums most small businesses don't reach. We take 35% of year 1, this page is the price, and we built for the accounts they turn away.
Run 2 or more locations? One authorization covers every location with the same vendor, and the vendor negotiates against your whole book. Email hello@dealbender.com and we'll set it up as one account.
